BBQ Areas
There are 3 BBQ Areas:

Besides Pool 1 and close to the gate for the Parkview Park entrance is a BBQ area with an attached gazebo.

In Egret Park besides Pool 3, are located BBQ's and seating area with two gazebos.

On either side of Pool 4 are BBQ's although in this case no gazebos.
In future, a BBQ sitting area with a gazebo will be located behind Pool 2.
It's important to note all signs posted at each BBQ area regarding the responsibility by the user and that the area is cleanup after every use.

BBQ areas are "first come first serve", no reservations allowed.

All Persons using the BBQ Grill areas do so at their own risk and responsibility.
Please abide by the following BBQ Grill Area Regulations:

For your safety and the safety of others, only charcoal may be used in the grills. No wood or any other material is to be placed in the grills for burning. Use lighter fluid sparingly and with caution to avoid flare-ups. Excessive use of lighter fluid which results in large flare-ups of flames is strictly prohibited. No visible flame beyond what is reasonably required to ignite the charcoal is permitted.

Grills must be attended at ALL times.

Water must be available for dousing any flare-ups.

All posted rules in the grill area are to be followed.

Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests and to ensure guest follow all rules.

For your safety and the safety of others, no hot coals are allowed in the grill after use. All hot coals must be removed from the grill and disposed in the provided disposal container.

Be courteous to your neighbors and clean the grill after use, scrape the grill of any remaining food debris, wipe down the table if used and dispose of all trash in the provided trash containers. DO NOT dispose of any hot coals in the trash container.

No tape, staples or any similar item is to be used on any gazeboes, tables or other common element area.

Children should be attended and monitored at all times.

Balloons are allowed if tied with string and string is removed after use.

All umbrellas are to be closed and tied close after use and before you leave BBQ area.

No vehicles are allowed on grassy areas.

No grilling is permitted after 9:00 p.m.

In the event of emergency dial 911 immediately. Do not leave the area unattended.

Drink responsibly in the BBQ areas. Do not use glass drinking containers. Intoxicated persons will be asked to leave the BBQ area. If uncooperative, the police will be contacted.

All trash and other refuse must be placed in containers provided for this purpose. Keeping our pool areas clean is everyone's responsibility.
Additional Information and Rules are posted on signage around the BBQ areas which are to be followed by all residents, tenants and guests.
The Hillcrest Presidents Council manages the four common areas belonging collectively to Hillcrest Buildings 1 through 18.
Residents, by having ownership in one of the member buildings has the privilege of use of these four common areas. This privilege is contingent of the owner obeying all rules and regulations with regard to use of these common amenities and for the behavior and actions of their guests.
